Baseball=Cleveland. I may be just a tad biased, but when I go to a new city the first thing I want to see is the baseball stadium. Why should that be any different in Cleveland? Good food, good entertainment=a good time!
Go Tribe. As a visitor this stadium had a lot to offer. It was clean, had good sightlines (even from the top row where we were seated!) and plenty of concessions. I would recommend passing on the hot dogs and buying good seats if you are not in great shape. The top level is really steep and we had one person who could not overcome her vertigo. Bring plenty of money for parking - it cost more than the tickets.
9. The Jake is a great place to enjoy baseball, and makes it easy to do, as well, for bringing fans with handicaps. There is easy access from the parking garage, then an elevator, then a row of seats ringing the mid-level of the stadium that easily convert each one into a space for a wheelchair. Try that at wrigley or fenway, and you'll give up in frustration. Oh yeah, and NoPlace has stadium mustard like Cleveland does. no place.
