Editorial Review for Cleveland Browns Stadium – by Tim Piai
Overview
Players and fans alike have embraced this 31-acre, 73,200-seat venue. Inside the concrete-and-glass stadium, the playing field is irrigated Kentucky bluegrass, with an underground heating system to keep it from freezing and to extend the growing season of the turf. Two huge video boards flash crisp, clear images above each end zone.
The Experience
Cleveland Browns Stadium has exorcised the demons of its legendary predecessor, Municipal Stadium: Seats are comfortable, sight lines are clear--even the bathrooms are better. Concourses, upper-level bridges and gaps in the seating bowl offer visitors incredible views of the field, the downtown skyline and the Port of Cleveland. However, folks with seats anywhere near the top of the upper deck would be well advised to hire a team of Sherpa mountain guides to lead them to their lofty perches: The climb is so taxing, escalators were installed in 2000.

IF you love football, and the NFL, then a stop at Browns stadium is a must if you visit the cleveland area during the football season. Despite the bad records of the Browns teams lately, this is what is all about. There is nothing like a crisp fall afternoon down by the lake. The best time to go to a game in my opinion is during the month of October. The weather is very comfortable and perfect for football. The Stadium is state of the art, and big - holding over 70,000 fans. The tailgating is one of the best in the NFL.... Deep fan loyalty still exists here , so it is a good idea to wear something brown or orange, definately not an opposing teams colors !! IF your visiting the Cleveland area, you could make a whole weekend out of football, by going to nearby Canton Oh to visit the Football Hall of Fame, then take in a game at Browns stadium. You just might leave town a Browns fan, and thats a good thing!
Pros: Nothing beats cleveland Browns fans and the atmosphere, Nothing!
Cons: Poor teams of late, but hopefully not for long.
