NOW THATS CLASS IS A STRAIGHT BAR. The other reviews are way outdated. Deco and Edge are long gone. The bar is now hetero. A rock club. If you are gay and masculine, the bar is OK. If not, you better stay at the Hawk next door. Sometimes bartenders from Class will go to Hawk to drum up customers on slow nights by advertising eye candy, but this is only a lame ploy to squeeze money out of drunk queens. No guy at Class will go home with a gay boi, believe me! This listing needs to be updated and removed from the gay bar section.

Don't let the male members of the Rainbow Coalition be the only ones having a blast at this watering hole.. The Scene
At first glance, Deco looks like any other smallish neighborhood bar: dark, smoky and a couple of TVs. Suddenly you notice that the TVs are playing guy porn and a ball game. Then there's the mural: a colorful montage of the city's most notorious drag queens and barely covered gym boys.

The Draw
A welcome refuge for everyone--gay, straight, bi, transgender--as long as you can stand a little good-natured teasing from everyone else in the place. Oftentimes, the music is so loud, you'll hardly be able to hear over your cocktail, anyway. On Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays, male strippers (overall, attractive) prance along the bar. On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, the bar sponsors a variety of entertainment, from drag shows to lip-sync performances.

a good bar. a good bar, good people, good drinks an all around decent atmosphere
