Unlike a lot of local Asian dining experiences, a walk in Arirang Gardens is a relentlessly authentic Korean experience: exotic sights (a performance-art sushi bar), exotic tastes (seaweed and bean paste), and a kind of barbecue technique that the grill-friendly suburb of Lyndhurst has never sampled before. The Korean chefs don't seem entirely happy unless they're chopping, tossing ingredients, or setting something ablaze.
