In Short – Buttery homemade cookies, irresistible fruit tortes and creamy ricotta-filled cannoli set this cozy coffeehouse apart from its laptops-and-lattes competition. That, and soul: The Presti family has helmed this Little Italy tradition since 1903, but the remodeled blond-wood floors and sleek black fixtures make the glassed-in space contemporary. Best sweet treats around

The cafe setting is so fun to sit and sip a coffee and enjoy a little sweet treat. There are big picture windows in the front so while you're enjoying your desert you can watch the people walk by in Little Italy. It is a wonderfully romantic spot and everything is delicious.
