Good Food, High Prices Low Service. I live up the street from this place so I figured I would give it a try. The food was good and prepared well. The cost was high for what it was though. I probably wouldn't have minded the high cost if it weren't for the bad service. They frankly seemed unconcerned about my business and that they'd be off doing something better if I was nagging them by ordering their food. I'd take a pass on this place.…

Excellent Experience. This is quaint little resturant that provides world class dining experience. The food offerred is a selection of delectable flavors from many Central American countries, blended into some excellent flavors. My friends and I have been to this resturant many times since it's opened, and the service and the food have always been excellent!

Terrible Service, Rude owner. First of all, any positive review about this place must have been written by the owner or someone related to him. I will admit the food is pretty decent, but the owner and many of his employees are insanely rude and unprofessional. We have ordered from here several times and have never walked away thinking okay this guy is at least trying. He is rude and doesn't care about his patrons. I don't know why we have given him more than one chance. One particular evening we ordered take out and when we got home we realized that the order was incorrect so we called and originally wanted to just have our order redone until they were so rude on the phone. We then asked if we could just return the product and we were hung up on!!! The staff is impolite on the phone and in the restaurant. We will never go there again. This place should be out of business-do not support this establishment. We went there with a big party about 20 people, the place was empty and the owner tells us we can't take over the whole restaurant. There was no one else in the restaurant. He eventually realized that if we would have each walked in individually that it would have been the same thing a busy night! He should be happy about that. We spent upwards of $300 that evening and at the end of the night we were taking a picture in the front of the restaurant, the owner came out and got in the picture!! He didn't ask to be in it or offer to take the picture for the group. I don't even think he knows he's rude. This place has the worst customer service imaginable!!! Go somewhere else!…

SERVICE IS HORRIFIC. MY HUSBAND AND I DECIDED TO DINE IN ONE EVENING AFTER WE FIRST MOVED TO LAKEWOOD. THIS ESTABLISHMENT SURE DIDN'T GIVE US A WARM, WELCOME FEELING. THE FOOD IS GOOD, HOWEVER, THE MANAGEMENT AND STAFF ARE DEFINITELY NOT UP TO PAR. WE WAITED ABOUT AN HOUR FOR OUR FOOD. (OBVIOUSLY MEXICAN FOOD DOESN'T TAKE THIS LONG). WHAT'S EVEN WORSE IS THEY HARDLY HAD ANY CUSTOMERS AND THEY DON'T HAVE A LIQUOR LICENSE TO SERVE ALCOHOL WHILE YOU ARE HUNGRY AND PATIENTLY AWAITING YOUR GRUB. (WTF?)WHEN MY HUSBAND AND I WERE READY TO LEAVE WE HAD KINDLY ASKED FOR A BOX. THE OWNER RUDELY INSULTED US BY RESPONDING WITH "THEY ARE BAD FOR THE ENVIRONMENT," THEREFORE HE WOULD GIVE US FOIL INSTEAD. WE WERE PERPLEXED BY THESE COMMENTS B/C THE OWNER HAD BOXES AVAILABLE AND REFUSED

OUR FOOD OURSELVES. HE INSISTED UPON

DOING IT WHICH MADE FOR AN UNCOMFORTABLE

ENVIRONMENT AND SNATCHED OUR PLATES AWAY. IF THIS IS THE OWNERS IDEA OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEN HE WILL HAVE

A DIFFICULT TIME MAINTAINING WORTHY PATRONAGE.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS PLACE. INSTEAD TRY LUCHITA'S, JOHNNY MANGO, OR ZOCALO IF YOU WANT TO SPEND A PRETTY BUCK. (THEY ARE MORE PRICEY FOR MEXICAN FOOD, BUT HAVE EXCELLENT FOOD AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, TEQUILA!) IF YOU WANT A STEAL
