Excellent Massages by Karey Campbell. I have never felt sooo relaxed! This was the most amazing massage I have ever had. I am a massage junkie and have had many different massages. But, Karey was able to diminish my longstanding headache completely by working throughout my neck and shoulder areas. Her technique was similar to those of physical therapists I have been to for treatments. The spa is soothing, and Karey also used hot packs on my tight muscles. Great brow wax, rude front desk. The brow waxes are great! perfectly arched brows every time. The front desk is, however, not the best. They act put out by having to check you in or check you out. They are usually on the phone and I have to wait to check in or pay. I'm never greeted with a smile or a friendly hello. Also, usually when I call I am put on hold.…

Avoid this salon!. Have been to Charles Scott several times, mostly because it is convenient to where I live. Not impressed with the talent of the hairdressers, receive very mediocre service for the money and the receptionists are rude and indifferent. They cancelled my hair appointment on two occassions without letting me know until I actually showed up at the salon. The receptionist thought it was kind of funny??! Finally decided to change salons. Will not ever return to a CS salon. Their services are too much $$ for the poor quality service and talent.…
Pampered. What a pampering experience. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgable. I had the one hour massage, mini facial, spa manicure and pedicure. This visit was a gift, so the gratuity was not included in the gift card. There was no question from the front desk about leaving one. I did of course, the staff was deserving.…
