Amazing jewelry!. I recently read that Antrobus Designs was rated here in Cleveland on the Hot List as the best custom jewelry shop and - well - me being a huge fan of jewelry, had to stop in and see what all the fuss was about.

Wow, was I ever impressed. The owners, Melissa and Pete, were so welcoming when I first walked in. I never felt like I was being stalked, as I do in many jewelry stores, by overzealous salespeople. I guess it's because they are artists and not salespeople.

They had some amazing pieces at all different price points. I read one of the reviews here that said the designed a $30,000 ring but was pleasantly surprised when I saw some beautiful jewelry that I could easily afford to purchase as a "gift" for myself!

I will certainly be back!

The BEST in the area!. I've known the owners for over seven years. Both Peter and Melissa are professional, helpful, and extremely patient and kind. I always recommend people looking for jewelry to this shop. Go see for yourself; you won't be disappointed!

A true high-class jewelry designer on par with NYC!. I'm from New York and I have a friend in Cleveland who has been to Antrobus Design and raved about their work. I needed to have an engagement ring custom-made for my fiancee and decided to talk to Melissa and Pete, the owners/designers.

I had talked to jewelry designers throughout New York City, but never quite felt that anyone was really clicking with my vision. I'm as brunt as the next New Yorker, but I was looking for someone to listen to my thoughts, have creative ideas of their own and work with me to make a memorable ring that would someday become a family heirloom.

The end product: A 5+ carat Kashmir midnight blue sapphire with 2.5 carats of diamond trilliant side stones. I mean this is a $30,000 ring we ended up with but at every step, I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process and service I received from Antrobus Design.

Being in NY and working with a designer in Ohio originally gave me a little cause for concern, but any fears disappeared immediately when we began working together. From finding the stones, to coming up with various designs, to fine-tuning the final product, Melissa and Pete were consummate professionals and seemed to be able to read my mind at times.

Anyway, I cannot say enough about my experience with them. My wife is now wearing the most magnificent sapphire and diamond engagement ring that is certainly the envy of all her friends - and in Manhattan, that's pretty hard to do. And I have what will someday be my family's heirloom.

Amazing customer service, great people. These guys are great. They are helpful and extremely patient. I spent at least an hour with both of them discussing what I wanted and how to get something made. They gave me so many options I had trouble deciding which to choose. They are courteous and worked with me on my budget. Antrobus Designs made me feel comfortable and that I could trust them.

I go there for everything I need and no job is too small. I would definitely recommend them.
