This place is going downhill. Went in on a weekday morning(7:30 am) and ALL of the cappuccino machines were empty, no napkins in the dispensers, AND the credit card machine was malfunctioning. Informed the cashier(with the manager standing right next to her) and nobody really cared. I used to live right around the corner and LOVED to stop in for a cappuccino in the morning before work. I still work in the area, although we have moved. The last year or so, things have really gone downhill at this store. This was the second time that week that the machines and napkin holders(ALL OF THEM) were empty and the credit card machine seems to be a running problem as well.
