Orgasmic!. Biting into a burger from Swensons is an ORGASMIC experience. I used to live in Kent and my best friend and I would eat there all the time. Now, whenever I visit Kent, I make sure to go to Swensons, order about five cheeseburgers, take them home, and freeze 'em so that I can have that ORGASMIC feeling while three hours away from the tastebud pleasure palace that's called Swensons. I'm obsessed! ;)

Best burger in the world. This place is it -- hands down best burgers in the world. Try the Galley Boy -- its great! My personal favorite is the Cheeseburger with everything. This Akron chain makes everything themselves and still get their buns from an Italian bakery in Akron. Try the original locations the Akron area or the newer Cleveland location.

Killer burgers. I live in Chicago now, but I still crave for Swenson's burgers and fries. I truly think that the brown sugar on the buns seals the deal. If you are ever in Northeastern Ohio, check it out

Nice teenage servers. Swensons of Akron is a staple in this lovely city. The employee servers are college aged kids. The company requires these kids to be in school and accomodates their school schedule. The service is promt, fun and driving in is great! Nothing like those sweet burgers to end a craving!!

Drive-In Deluxe. The 'Galley Boy' and runnning car-hops are two of the reasons that this chain has become so successful. More than the food, Swensons has become a traditon. Best burger in town? Probably not. But where else will someone deliver it to you at Butch Reynolds speed. Don't drive by this NE Ohio institution. I't's definately worth it.

scrumpdelicious. Hamburgers are THE best - would drive out of my way to get them from Swensens, but don't have to as they are conveniently located. Service is prompt, servers hustle. Prices very reasonable.

The Best!. They have the best burgers!!! This is my favorite place to get a cheesburger and I don't normally like burgers. It has brown sugar in them and they toast the bun. Galley Boy is the most popular.

hot and greazy. I have been to the Swenson's in Kent too many times to count. I love their double cheeseburgers and onion rings. Mom loves their milkshakes. I get back home twice a year at least and there is always room for Swenson's. I wish they had something like this in Florida!

eat a burger & another & another &. I just finished my 5TH Galleyboy(in A row that is)and im ready to write.Lets face it so many of us are over weight and we want something good to hold us over til the next meal.Well i will have to say I've found my niche. Swensons! I dont make much money and I like my food hot & quick. So I have challenged Sweensons for many years and I must say, they have met my challenge every time.I love it! I feel like I shed the pounds just by watching these guys shuffle around the lot taking peoples orders. When i get my food(which is fresh) they leave me alone so i can eat in peace.Then when I am done I pop my lights on so they can collect the dues.Quick quick quick and good.
