Best of the best!. Nancy is the hair Goddess of the universe! I have seen Nancy for years and years. She does the best blond ever and is an incredible cutter as well. I have followed her to several salons. I do not live in Cleveland any longer, but every time I am in town I make sure to schedule an appointment and am never disappointed. When I lived in St Louis I booked a flight and an appointment regularly. Unfortunately for me, Cleveland is very far from San Francisco so I can no longer zip in and out for the best hair ever. Believe me when I say I have tried stylists at the highest rated salons in numerous cities and no one can hold a candle to Nancy the hair Goddess. Cleveland is lucky to have her.

Manicure Mahem. I went to have tips done by the manicurist. Before my appointment, I informed her that I bit my nails. When I came in, she did not say that they were going to be too short to hold the tips. However, after her manicure, within 3 days, 6 of the tips fell off. I went back to have them fixed and was charged additionally for the repair. Within the next 3-4 days, 5 more nails fell off. I asked for a refund, and they only offered to refund the payment for my repair work, while I thought I should be refunded all of my payment. Their explanaition was that it was not the manicurists fault, but rather that my nails were too short, and that perhaps the tips were not right for my "lifestyle and that acrilycs might be more appropriate". I would not recommend anyone use this salon for a professional manicure. I spent $55 dollars and now will have to pay someone else again to re-do what I already paid them to do.

Best cut I've ever had.... Can't speak for any other staff here (except for the receptionist, who was professional but without being the slightest bit pretentious), but Nancy at DM is FABULOUS. I have very very difficult hair to cut, and on my FIRST VISIT with her, I felt better rapport, better understanding and knowledge, etc. than I have at any salon I think I've ever been to. I had been going to John Robert's and was very dissatisfied. I came here for a "fix up" cut and it looks absolutely fantastic. This is a tiny salon in Cleveland Heights where you really get fantastic attention, start to finish, from your stylist. Granted, I'm waiting to see the consistency, etc., but I'm honestly not the least concerned. I felt I was really in competent hands. HIGHLY recommended!
