They are the best price on low end stuff. Their service can be hit or miss. They also have fine goods, for which you will have to pay the price. I'm an industry pro and know them well.

Beware

Beware of this business - they are quick to get a sale and slow to to handle any issues you may have with the product. If you order something to be made and 2 minutes later change your mind, you under NO circumstanses will be able to get your money back. The quality of the diamonds found here is laughable. And the second you walk out of the store you are on your own if anything is to go wrong with your setting, etc. I have heard too many people complain about this place and its time something is done.

I have now received four pieces of jewelry from here as gifts and they are beautiful. I had the jewelry looked at in another store and was told I had received very nice pieces. They can service all budgets and are easy to work with for a more personalized piece. I cannot wait for my next gift from here.
