our refinance. Worked with both Steve and Amanda L when we refinanced our home. They were very professional, answered our questions, and never pressured us, which we appreciated. The process was as quick and painless as they could make it for us. The only drawback (and this does not reflect on either of them) is that this refinance was more costly than other banks, but their rate was a little lower.

Great Experience. Steve Gerding was great anwswered all my questions, gave me alot of other options to look at. I was very impressed. Steve was just very helpfully after i was a first time home buyer i would recommed him to all my friends.

Amanda Linville is the best!. We were recently in the market to re-finance our home and had initiated the process with a motgage company.

In my search for the best deal, we inquired with Capital First Home Loans and Amanda was our contact person. It is amazing how quickly Amanda moved Capital First from "just an inquiry" to first place in winning our business. She was extremely personable (won us over), very responsive to our needs and offered alternative that were innovative and worked for us. Amanda is the best mortgage professional I have ever worked with....Thanks Amana for everything!!!!

Great experience for Refinance!. Steve was very thorough and was very good about getting back to me. Everything was done electronically, which made it easy. Working with Lisa in the office was great too! I highly recommend them!

Quality Service With A Smile. I Refinanced my home last month and worked closely with Capitol first loans, I was able to get a lower intrest rate and work down to a 15 year fixed loan instead of my previous 20 year loan. I worked with Amanda and Lisa and they were always available anytime i needed them or had any questions.

Saved Me Money and Offered Premium Service. I am an attorney who has bought and sold homes several times. Capital First saved me money. Not just a great rate, but lower origination fees and without the hidden charges you will get with some mortgage brokers.

Never have I dealt with a more professional, knowledgeable loan officer than Steve Gerding. Steve made sure everything was done right. He was available for all my questions. He even came to my closing (which is almost unheard of).

Easy to work with and accurate!. We were able to refinance, lower our rate and go to a 15 year mortgage. It was as painless as refinancing can get...Great job Amanda Linville.
