High Closing Cost!!!

If you don't believe me just ask them to send you a copy of the good faith estimate. With processing fees, underwriting fees, administration fee, courier fee, title closing fee, attorney fees your looking at $5,000 before you even hang up the phone. And that's not even including their origination and discount fee either. Save your money and equity and stay away from this company and go to your local bank.

Great rates

There rates were better than my bank. The closing costs were less. I closed my loan in one week best experence I had doing a mortgage would refer to my friends.

Rude and Condescending

After receiving a letter in the mail, I called First Ohio Banc for more info on refinancing our property. I spoke with one of their loan reps who was very rude and condescending.

I explained that I had spoken with two other loan companies prior to speaking with him, and that since we have excellent credit and a large amount of capital in our home, I wanted to make sure we were getting the right company to work with. He told me, "When you're done shopping around, give me a call."

Thank goodness the attitude was obvious within the first five minutes of talking with this company, and it never went any further.
