Custom Office Desk Just Fantastic!

I needed a desk for my office and had specifics due to the room size and my size. I am very tall and needed a desk that was not a standard height. Catherine designed a desk with my specifications in mind and the height I needed for my knees to fit under comfortably. It was not only designed ergonomically for me but the design was beautiful. I got everything I needed and more. I also ordered a matching file cabinet from her too. A "nice job" goes out to Catherine and she paid attention to ALL of the details! I also called the store to thank her personally. The delivery team was great too. Not a scratch in sight!.

Great Customer Sevice

I had ordered chairs from Grace Brothers Furniture. I was concerned that the Parma Town store was not open and that I was not going to get them. I visited Grace Brothers in Great Northern Mall and was satisfied and relieved by Catherine who promised me that I would receive my chairs. I paid the balance and waited for my phone call to tell me that the chairs were ready to pick up. Well, not only were they ready but they offered to deliver them for free. Everything turned out great and I called them to let them know that they were more than gracious to me and that I appreciated their service and am VERY satisfied with their company.

All around disappointment

Ordering our Queen-size bed was not a problem, they took 50% up front, which seemed fair. They explained that it would take about 60 days to complete. I called on the 61st day to get an update and they took all of my contact information again as if I was a new customer, then lied when they said they would call me back after a long drawn-out explanation/excuse about how difficult it was to get updates from the Amish craftsmen. I waited a week, then went into the store on the next weekend and got the same lame explanation with the exception that she did call me back and said it would be at least two more weeks. She said she'd call then with another update if there was going to be a problem, but didn't (not a surprise), but when I went into the store again on my weekend, she did give me an update that it would be within two weeks. She called after the two weeks trying to seem cheerful, like nothing was wrong, telling me that my bed was ready and that I could come into the store, pay my remaining amount, arrange delivery and get my bed. I did, but I was met by another person who couldn't seem to guarentee a date for delivery because they didn't arrange that, the delivery company, which goes through their headquarters (that they don't give the phone number out for, which seems hokey), and they couldn't get ahold of the delivery folks on the phone (I chose to get it delivered because if something was missing, I would not have to go through returning the merchandise. Finally, the delivery guys called at 6:15 on Saturday, showed up at 7, forgot the hardware (bolts, screws, etc.) and had to go get them. Then when they returned around 8 and put the bed together, the side boards stuck out from 1/4" to 1/2" inches from what they should have, there was a 3" gap between the sides and the Queen-Size boxspring (which is big enough for MY foot to get caught - I'd hate to see my kids feet/legs get caught in there), AND the lower end was uneven! I'm pretty sure they wouldn't want something like that in their bedroom, so I'll report back on my return/correct issues as I have them. My confidence level with them is not good, but I like the style of furniture and will give them a chance to make good.
