I agree, stay way away from this company!!! My BBB claim was never responded to, filed with the Ohio Atty General, and filed dispute with my CC company. Poor service, only 3 people seem to exist in the office, the owner can't even be reached by his salesman, if hes telling the truth. Lack luster attitude overall, the attitude of the girls that answer the phone suggests that they get lots of unhappy customers regularly. The salesman Steve slipped up and thought a current charge back on his desk was from me because he said the amount was the same as mine. He's obviously over run with complaints, and charge backs. They hold an F score on the BBB site.....Note the poorly coated nails that are rusting in the bathroom installation that it was intended for!!!!!!
Awful Experience. Never Order from M-Boss.
My experience with M-Boss was horrific. It took over a month for my order to arrive. When i would call to inquire, they had no idea how to track my order or give me any sort of update. There response was always "It should be there soon."
Then, when the order arrived and my cornice was the wrong size, I immediately returned it. I even called and asked for specific instructions on how to make a return. After 3 months, I still have not seen the refund on my credit card. I've called, emailed, filled out online forms, and I hear zero response. They keep telling me that Steve is "busy" and he's the only one who can help. So to this day i am owed $120 from M-Boss.
