Ouch!. I was told two people would work on my hair. I got there at 10:30am and didn't leave until 7:30pm. One person started on my hair, and at the end of the day, one person finished my hair. No one talked to me the entire time and they talked in French only. I knew they were saying mean things about the hair that I bought because I know some French. At one time the girl finally told me that the hair I bought was no good and it was hurting her fingers, that's why no one else would help her with the braids. She told her sister that she was going to start braiding the braids larger so that she could get finished faster. One side of my hair is braided smaller than the other. The side that she braided larger is falling out. You can see the back of my head through the braids. In addition, I see no reason in the world that anyone on this planet would have to braid a person's hair so tight. I'm a hairdresser. There are times you may have to pull, but never that tight. I have sores around my hairline in the front. That's $200 down the drain. I will NEVER go back there again.

Braids will fall out.
I had short hair. I wasn't told by me stylist that she couldn't grip my hair. She continued to twist my hair. No sooner than a week later, my twist in the back of my head started falling out. Even she couldn't grip it, I wish she would have said so!!!! Also, I got bumps in the front of my head due to the twist being tight!!
Ladies and gents, if you have short hair, make sure they tell you if they can grip your hair in order for the braids to stay.The twist were excellent!, but the pain from them was horrible.
