I went in for simple hilights and this place massacred my hair! I came home and pulled my hair up and there were horizontal lines going across the top of my head. I'm so horrified at how poorly skilled their "stylists" are. I've been getting hilights my entire life and I've never seen anything like this. NEVER GO HERE!
