A department store with variety and affordable prices..
In Short
Dillard's is known for affordable items, as opposed to exclusive brands. Staples include DKNY, Tommy Hilfiger, Dana Buchman, BCBG and Kenneth Cole. Dedicated shoppers can occasionally find Charles David boots or Kate Spade bags at cheaper prices than at other department stores. The chain also offers items for kitchen, bed and bath, as well as a full-service travel agency.

Great sales on men's items. Okay, I may be in a minority here, but I really like Dillards at Great Northern. In the first place, the men's department sales people are the friendliest I have found anywhere. They are more than willing to help and I have never felt like they wer pressuring me to buy anything. I also think their in hours brands -- Murano and Roundtree and Yorke -- are excellent. There selection of ties is broad and the qualilty is there. I have receievd several compimnets on shirts and ties I have pruchased there. Finally, I think Dillards has the best sales of any department store in Cleveland.
