most unprofessional

This store is full of the most unprofessional people I have ever seen. I brought my mower in to have it tuned up, they told me 2 weeks. After two weeks went by I called to check its progress and was told that it would be at least another week, and that no one there would have told me two weeks. When they finally called to say my mower was done they said they would really appreciate me picking it up soon as it had been there three weeks. I tried to explain my unhappiness to Brian and was told "If I did not like there service to go somewhere else next time." I defiantly will. After $125.00 the mower still is hard to start.
