Awful Customer Service. I bought an hour massage for my significant other. When he came in, he only received a 30 minute massage. They did not offer to refund the difference or apologise untill I phoned them to enquire why the massage was only 30 minutes.

The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional- overall a very bad experience!

Wonderful cut. Wonderful cut, nice atmosphere, good service, the hair stylist I used even made good conversation, and reasonably priced for Cleveland area salon and spas.

Great experience!. I went to Les Amis one day when I decided to take a mental health day from work. I walked in to get a pedicure and eyebrow arch. My eyebrows grow in kind of strange and the sytlist did a great job. My feet looked awful from wearing socks all winter and being neglected. When I took off my shoes I never felt embarrassed. The atmosphere is very relaxed and quiet. Everyone one was very friendly. The prices were not unreasonable which was a pleasnt suprise given that the location is in Tower City. It was pretty much the standard costs I've experienced in local spas. I had a great experience.
