Rude employees. The staff was rude and the service was way too pricey. Go somewhere else. They give Brecksville merchants a bad name.

Terrible Salon. I should have saved my money. Stay away from this place. The service stinks and the staff is down right rude. They are sloppy and very unprofessional. I expected a high end experience and what I recieved was a terrible haircut by a young woman who spent MY appointment time complaining about her job, kids, and husband.

Great Service, awesome Stylists. love my color and haircut. would highly recommend this salon and spa. Do great eyebrow waxes, and bikini waxes too!!!

Save your money. From the start my time at this hair salon was terrible. When I arrived I was told by my hair stylist that my appointment was taken incorrectly and I could only get one of my services done. I guess this happens "all the time" according to her. I was then charged an extra $20 for my color because I have long hair. When I left the girl at the front was texting on her phone so I guess that explains appointment errors. And to top it all off I was served a cup of coffee with someone else's lipstick on it. This place is disgusting...

Bella Toccare is the best and ask for Stephanie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Bella Toccare is a very upscale salon and I am verrrry pleased!!! Ask for stephanie and you will be amazed at what she can do!! She is phenomenal!!!!! I feel like a million bucks leaving there!!! Thank you!!!!!

User review by violet23. I am a consistent, happy client who happens to see the heartfelt effort of the staff every visit. They not only try to make the clients feel comfortable, but also remember my preferences and always make themselves available to answer my questions. Their talent and experience is recognized by the fact that some of their schedules are booked at least two weeks in advance. The desk staff always tries to acknowledge everyone who comes through the door (the front desk is 5 feet from the front door- 10min is quite an exageration). If she had such a terrible experience with the staff and/or service, she could have mentioned it to the appropriate person to rectify the situation. I am positive they would do anything they could to retain her business. I hate to use a cliche but if you're not part of the solution, you're part of the problem.

this place is a joke!. I thought I would finally take some time for myself to relax and unwind. What a joke that turned out to be. Picked Bella Toccare because it was close to home. Went in, 2 people were up front and nobody acknowledged me. Listened to them gossiping for 10 minutes when they finally asked if they could help me. None of the staff was friendly and they did not seem to have much experience. I honestly could not wait till it was all over so I could get out of there. My 40.00 pedicure was not much more then a foot soak and toe polish! They have a lot of nerve charging the prices they do when they do not know what they are doing! I would never reccomend this place to anybody!
