This converted duplex (named, simply, after its street number) in a century-old Tremont block is a cozy wine and martini bar. The drink creations have scored highly in international contests, and Monday evenings (plus some weekends) are often given over to tastings and seminars for the connoisseur. Current plans call for the addition of a kitchen and a food menu; for now, 806 makes a nice liquid complement to neighboring restaurants.

This is hands down one of the most unique Cleveland Bars that are around in the best possible way. The people that are attracted to this area are generally unique and interesting to themselves, which is truly a reflection of the establishment itself. Depending on whether you want some great Mai Thai's or you want to get a taste of a quality wine bar, you can sit down and hang out in front of the fireplace, in one of their unique sitting areas, or at the bar and enjoy the company of the bartender. This place also has a great patio (in winter I have not been able to enjoy, 2 ft of snow etc), but between the ambiance, art, and general atmosphere I give this place six stars. Also, the happy hour ends at 8p each night!!!!

I've been to this place in the past and they've made a lot of improvements since I'd last visited. The waiters were so nice and helpful to all of us and the drinks were great. The new look and excellent music by the DJ gave a totally different (and nicer) vibe to the place. It was a really good time to relax and enjoy yourself.
