First class. I've run a marketing company for many years and did freelance design before that. I chewed through more online printers than I'd care to mention....until I started working with Jakprints. I'll admit the pricing is a little higher on some of the standard club flyer hotcard type of products, but really well priced on the higher qty and big format marketing collateral that most of my clients are looking for....and on both ends of the scale, the customer service is good. I've gotten burned too many times by the cheap guys or the old school printers who are cruising to retirement. Jakprints gets it done.
Should be called JOKEPRINTS!. This place is horrible! The only thing I regret is not being able to give them a ZERO star review. I have to highlight at least one. They are getting a star they do not even deserve! Trying to get an answer for any type of job that falls outside of their standard low quality day to day operation, is pretty much impossible. Nobody seems to know anything about printing unless it is a simple, standard, 4 color job. Go somewhere else if you want to save yourself from wanting to jump off a cliff.
Do they really want to do business???.
I called to get a pretty simple quote on a decent production run. Instead of taking the details over the phone, they insisted that I go online and submit the simple information via email rather than pick up a pencil. They said "It would be easier".
Easier for who? Them?
Don't waste your time. There are plenty of other printers out there.
great all around. Jakprints has done many print jobs for me and I have been satisfied with them all!
Rock 'n Roll Attitude loses business, respect. The website appears robust, the sample kit they send presents enough of an air of competency that I made the mistake of choosing JakPrints for a simple online BC order. When they triple charged me for shipping, missed their self-announced deadlines and then were questioned as to how this happens, they blamed the other guy. "Oh, UPS did that, we're right." So while they sit there absolutely right in Cleveland, this designer in California won't be bothering them with a pesky second request when they couldn't get the first one right. Beware.
