Cleveland Dance Academy is great! We looked at several area dance studios, and were VERY impressed with CDA. Not only are they very competitively priced, you get a great value for your dollar! They are warm, and caring with all of the kids! All of the teachers have great technique, and so many of the older kids do too! That tells you a lot! Especially when most of them have only ever attended CDA. They also focus on many different types of dance and do not combine dance with gymnastics as so many other studios do. The year end dance performance at the Medina Performing Arts Center was spectacular! The level of professionalism was on caliber with a college production or more! We will defintiely be a part of CDA for as long as my daughter loves to dance, and with the dance education she is getting with CDA, I have to believe that will be for a long, long, time!

We have tried many dance studios in the Strongsville area and fell in love with CDA. Instructors are degreed (BFA's in dance) and professional dancers. This studio performs an annual ballet and a traditional recital on alternating years. Where other studios may perform "highlights of the Nutcracker" this one performs the "full-length" ballet. All students can take part in the yearly ballet (they don't hire professionals for the leads). They give your child the opportunity to perform lead roles. They are very strong in ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, and lyrical and also offer special classes like musical theatre, ballet history, and jumps & turns. The price is very affordable especially for families; you pay for total number of classes per family not per child! CDA has a warm, friendly and very professional atmosphere. CDA does not focus on a special "dance team" or "company" like so many other studios do; here, every student is given the utmost attention and EQUAL opportunities! They are not preoccupied with competing and winning awards for the studio to prove something. You will not sit through lengthy dance recitals watching the TEACHERS perform; the performances are actually 100% students! Your child will always be taught by "professional" (college degreed in DANCE) instructors; you will "never" see teenage students teaching classes like so many other studios do. Most of all, the performances are classy and family friendly. Thank you CDA for giving my family a wonderful dance experience!!
