Wonderful Massage & Facial

My friends gave me gift card to thhis spa, I did not know what to expect. From the time I walked in the door I felt I was in anothhr state, the spa is sooooo grand and beautiful and my serivces where just wondderful. I called my frriends the minuteI got in my car and thanked them for the most wonferful gift they gave me. I cannot stop talking about how wonderful my day was at Spa West!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best Spa Day for my friends and me

My boss treated a group of us to a spa day at Spa West, we arrived late. The staff still got us in for ALL our services and treated us WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!!, the spa is beautiful, the techs where amazing. It was just the perfect day THANK YOU to SPA WEST.

MALE SPA TECHNITIONS ARE REALLY FOR" HIRE"

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE NICE EXTERIOR,THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. THE YOUNG MALE SPA TECHNICIANS WILL DO ANYTHING YOU WANT OR DON'T WANT IF YOU NO WHAT I MEAN.THEY TRY TO LURE YOU INTO "SPECIAL" SERVICES THAT ARE NOT ON THE MENU. MY FRIEND AND I WERE TOTALLY OFFENDED. WHEN I CONTACTED THE OWNER IN FLORIDA HE SAID THAT IS HOW EUROPEAN SPAS ARE RUN. I EXPLAINED THAT HIS YOUNG MALE SPA TECHNICIANS WERE OFFENSIVE TO WOMEN AND HE JUST LAUGHED IT OFF AND TOLD ME THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON INCLUDING BAD SERVICE. BEWARE OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
