Bunch of crooks. So drove almost 3 hours to look at a car at his place. Had a few things that I was unsure of because the car had been modified by the previous owner. Talked out a price and put down a deposit at close on a Sunday. Was told take my time and let them know when I can. Call the salesman back on Tuesday telling him to start the paperwork and I would take the car. Don't hear back by Thursday after work so I call and my salesman is out till the weekend. Kinda upset but whatever, just wish he had informed me beforehand. Transfer me to finance and he checks into it and comes back telling me they sold the car to someone else because I did not get back with them. I inform him I talked to the salesman on Tuesday and had been told to take my time and with looking at the parts. What a bunch of crooks? Who sells a car that has a deposit on it and the price had already been negotiated and then the manager even recounts that he said I could take my time looking into it. Only good thing was they are refunding my deposit. I would never recommend anyone deal with these people.

The staff at Bedford is excellent. Brian was great. He was enthusiastic and took the time with us that we needed. His knowledge of the Rav4 was excellent. We used the Costco purchasing program, which was handled very well by the Bedford Toyota staff. This was the first car buying experience that I've had that was flawless from the test drive through the final paperwork. The staff at Bedford is excellent. Will recommend to others. I liked the willingness to perform a dealer swap for the specific vehicle we wanted.

He was a superb communicator, knowledgeable, funny, never pushy, and never gave the feeling he was out for money as opposed to our needs. He negotiated a fair price. He should be commended. Mr. Rodriguez was also excellent. He knew we wanted to get going and he did his job efficiently and thoroughly. He too was friendly and likeable.
Enjoyed the personal attention. I enjoyed the personal attention that everyone gave me. From Myles, Mark, the business manager (I forgot his name, oops) and the entire dealership, were simply just marvelous. I could have stayed overnight. The entire experience was very welcoming. Mark, the assistant service manager, is fantastic! He treats me like family. He is always courteous. He also sends me emails for coupons and calls me if he thinks I forgot a scheduled maintenance. Bedford Toyota is so great that they make me want to work there (smile).
