When a friend first suggested that I try hypnosis, I wasn't sure about it. I always thought it was that fake stuff on TV with the stage shows. I called the Cleveland Hypnosis Center, and made an appointment for weight loss hypnosis. Josh was very thoughtful, and took the time to answer my (many) questions about hypnosis. The sessions were so relaxing. I really had never been able to relax that much, and I was surprised at how easy it was. then, as the sessions went on, I noticed I started doing stuff better, eating healthier, actually wanting to exercise! :) Bottom line is, I've lost about 15 pounds in a little over a month and I feel great. Doesn't sound like much, but considering how hard it had been to lose 2 pounds the last few years, I'm feeling blessed. Thanks! Shirley

I was a heavy 2 pack a day smoker, I've now been a non-smoker for about 6 months, and feel great. Just a nice calm feeling all the time. Don't even want a cigarette. Josh did a great job, very easy to do. Just do it, I did.
Pros: It works. Period., Professional, Good Value
