Patrons--mostly on-the-go professionals and parents with kids in tow--line up at an assembly-line style counter for hard and soft tacos or burritos (regular, fajita-style or without the tortilla) made with fillings like grilled chicken or steak, free-range pork or shredded beef.
Mexican fast food. This is the best fast food Mexican I have had since Amigos in Mayfield closed. The place is dine in / carry out. They make your food fresh, in front of you, I can see them always cooking meat on the grill when I come in. The lines are a little long, but this is because they make each burrito to order, and I have not heard anyone complain about the wait. This is not Taco bell ground beef fast food - it is real shredded pork, sliced steak, chunks of chicken food. The place is hidden from the road for the most part, and word of mouth advertising, so you know that they are busy because the food is awsome. The price is good, the portions are humungous, and it is always fresh. The interior is some sort of modern industrial stainless steel and plywood art, and the atmosphere is very open. The kids love it also.
