Sophisticated beauty with substance. Must visit this beautifully designed space with great food. Quietly elegant with clean yet soft lines, I never want to leave once I sit down. Sergio's food is always good at University Circle, but here, the decor makes for an integrated experience. Acoustics are great; you hear wonderful Brazilian music but don't have to talk above it. Although it must seat 200 or so, it is sectioned in a way that you are never aware of more than 30 people. Have had service that balanced informative and enthusiastic with discretion and subtlety. The small plates are perfect for early, late, or feasting on many with a large group for variety. The feijoada is superb, and this shrimp baiana is a fave. Have been there 5 times and nary a negative. Not inexpensive, but value is there. Much better experience than many "have you been to the newest" spots.
