great food lousy service. Steak was perfect !

After we comlpained abou the salad and the soup they suddenly got they're act straight and were able to produce a good steak we'll probly never hgo again unless it was free

Shula's winning tradition on the field continues at this classy steakhouse chain.. In Short
The chop house's elegance is indisputable, yet there is an oddly casual spirit to a place in which the menu is written on a football and set at your table on a kicking tee. Certified Angus Beef doesn't come cheap, and the sides are priced a la carte, but the nationally renowned steakhouse always finds a way to make the cut for those willing to pay for quality.

amazing steak!!. Every time the folks come to town, my dad demands we dine at Shula's. We start out at the bar (friendly bartenders!) for a good buzz, and then on to dinner. The steak is amazing--they'll cater to any weird special order (bleu cheese and fried mushrooms on top?) you want without a grumble. They cooked it perfectly (mmm...medium rare), and the garlic mashed potatoes on the side were rich and savory. Then, when our bellies were full of food and our heads full of booze, the staff gladly called a cab for us so we could continue our partying in downtown Cleveland. Great food and wonderful service! Plus there are big screen TV's so you can watch any sport you desire.

Great Food. I went to Shula's in January (04) and loved it! The food was excellent. I had the Grilled Salmon w/Home Style Mashed Potatoes & Steamed Broccoli. The spices in the potatoes is still with me. The broccoli was the softest I'd ever tasted. I plan on returning next weekend. Won't you join me...
