Great idea Bad flavor

The idea is really fun, they bring you out a square stone thats 750 degrees and you get to cook your raw meat (unless its chicken they have to cook that for you) by each bite to your own perfection. I ordered the strip which was nice and thick but even the meat had a strange taste to it by itself, and my fiance ordered the chicken. I was brought out the most wimpy salad I have ever had, it was like 4 pieces of lettuce on a side plate. Anyways, when you place your order you get to pick two different sauces and they sounded great so I picked out 3 and paid extra as did my fiance, all of them were terrible! The atmosphere was very strange as well, their was only one other couple in the place and it was very eerily quiet, some dinner music would have fit nicely.
