"Workout Factory" is the best gym I have EVER belonged to. I have been a member for about 6 years now and must say it is exactly what I was looking for - for a long time. I can go anytime I want 24/7, I NEVER wait to use the equippment - the gym is super clean and the employees always go out of their way to be helpfull and friendly. The trainers are very knowledgable and always available to help - the rates are very affordable as far as their cancellation policy it is exactly the same as every gym in this country (I should know) I guess some people may not understand that you need to give 30 day notice upon cancelation (read comment above) - hey, don't be mad at the gym if you gave up on yourself !!!!

No frills workout place. You're paying for use of the equipment, that's all---there are usually no employees present, you let yourself in. BEWARE: To cancel your membership, after a year, it's in the contract that you HAVE to write them a letter and it has to be received by them 30 days prior to when you want to cancel. If the mail is delayed or the letter is not "received", then they WILL charge you until they receive the written letter. This may be their policy, but it's not typically in line with other much more user-friendly gyms in the area. A good gym if you don't care for any frills, including friendly customer service.
Pros: Easy access to machines, few members so the machines are usually readily available.
Cons: Very poor termination policy: Must provide 30-days written notice, NO exceptions. Unfriendly customer service.
