Unparalleled customer service. To be fair... I have not been in to see the doctor. I brought in my prescription and chose frames only. However, I worked with Patti and my experience with her is worth more than my review can do justice for! She is so friendly and efficient, I've never felt more comfortable with doctors office staff. She helped me understand my prescription and pick out frames that work well for my face. She does a great job of balancing things in the office, even when she's the only one there. Go see them!…
