poor customer service. Recently myself and my fellow co-workers found this service called Food Fetchers to deliver from some of our favorite restaurants. Our fav and only has been Panini's until today...Aside from the minor oversite of not including dressing for one of the Grilled Chicken salads ordered...everyone seemed to have a comment about this our fifth and most likely last order...SMALLER PORTIONS/WARM SALAD WHICH WAS NOT MADE THE SAME/SPEC (THE GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD)...when the location on Mayfield was called to voice concerns call was not important to manager as the person who answered stated after coming back to the telephone that Tony the manager was out of the establishment and would return the call. He has not. In my opinion that is very poor customer service. The delivery service was not very customer friendly when called about the missing item. Business lost and we had huge orders...
Awesome Sunday deals!!. The best place to get cheap food and beer and watch football on Sundays!!....Me and my girlfriend have fond memories of this place....They have buy one get one free panini on Sundays so you get 2 paninis for around 7 bucks...and they have a beer of the month (usually domestic) and pitcher is damn cheap like 6 bucks or so...This will satisfy anyone along with the giant screen on which they play all the sports....I usually used to finish all my morning shopping and have a wonderful lunch there....I recommend you do the same too!
