Jewelry Exchange a.k.a. Jewelry Factory. About five months ago I bought my new girlfriend a beautiful diamond and amethyst ring, thinking at the time that this would be her engagement ring. As our relationship grew I wanted to give her a beautiful wedding band set. I had easily paid off the first ring with the great financing the Jewelry Exchange offers. I went in today and explained my situation to a very charming, professional sales associate named Tammy. She, in turn, introduced me to Medely, the diamond expert. I left the store for a few hours as our "group effort" went from ideas to reality. By 5:55pm. I had the most beautiful wedding band set I could have ever imagined! I have in my possession almost 2 carats of the classiest, yet affordable, gift of a lifetime and the Jewelry Exchange helped to make that all possible. I'm going to have the Sweetest Day of a lifetime! How about you? What are you waiting for? A perfect diamond for that perfect commitment is just 25 minutes away for a lifetime of love.

They have cheap and they have good. They are the best price on low end stuff. Their service can be hit or miss. They also have fine goods, for which you will have to pay the price. I'm an industry pro and know them well.

Beware. Beware of this business - they are quick to get a sale and slow to to handle any issues you may have with the product. If you order something to be made and 2 minutes later change your mind, you under NO circumstanses will be able to get your money back. The quality of the diamonds found here is laughable. And the second you walk out of the store you are on your own if anything is to go wrong with your setting, etc. I have heard too many people complain about this place and its time something is done.

value and choice. I have now received four pieces of jewelry from here as gifts and they are beautiful. I had the jewelry looked at in another store and was told I had received very nice pieces. They can service all budgets and are easy to work with for a more personalized piece. I cannot wait for my next gift from here.
