the owner sophia & her daughter were the most pleasant people. Great customer relations !!!!

Staff very helpful food and pastry the best!!!

Paczki just simply delecious!!! Best home cooked meals i have had!!!!

Polish Restaurant Insults Customer

In my quest to buy real panczki on fat tuesday what better of a place then a homeade Polish restaurant. So I thought. Purchasing a Dozen over priced so called "panczki",more like over cooked dried out bread with a splash of filling. With my dismay that wasn't the only disappointment I recieved from this restaurant, I then called the store to express my dissatisfaction when then I was called a liar and I was told to bring them back and I did. I was greeted at the door politely at first when they had an array of Cleveland's finest police officer's there purchasing their order's. However, once the last customer left the elderly lady,man, and daughter came around the counter insulting me telling me I need to go across the street and buy american products that I knew nothing about polish food and what real panczki looked like. What they didn't realize is I come from a strong proud Polish family who also have two professional baker's in it, so to their dismay I do know what panczki are and what they are suppose to look like and that wasn't it. My point being god forbid you share constructive critisism be prepared to be insulted for being american-polish descent and expect to be thrown out. I WILL NOT RETURN TO SEVEN ROSES AGAIN BUT I WILL ATTEMPT TO FIND A CORRECTLY MADE AND PROPERLY FILLED PANCZKI FROM A HOMEADE POLISH BAKERY AGAIN NEXT YEAR. Take my advise and look around for a restaurant with owners and workers with some customer apprectiation.
