The staff is very professional and friendly. The salon is located more west on Detroit in Lakewood, so it's in a quiet clean location .Amanda has been my hair stylist since 2007 and I am a loyal happy customer. They're all very attentive, very helpful and knowledgable. They keep the place very clean, which is always a plus. More importantly, the stylists are very committed to making sure that they do a close to perfect job, and I am never disappointed. It's also good to find a salon where they know your name and trully value your loyalty. I am a Huge fan of The Reagle beagle

I usually don't ever write reviews but decided to after my short time at The Reagle Beagle. I just moved back to town 3 mos ago after a couple years away and decided to go back to the Beagle for a relaxing experience of a haircut n massage. When I arrived, I asked where my previous stylist was, Heather, and was told she no longer works there and is not the owner anymore. I won't mention my stylist, but felt very rushed through the haircut and kinda treated poorly because i wanted to know where Heather went. My stylist was very cold and quick with me. As for the massage; it was also dull and rushed. I purchased an hour massage, but received a very light pressure massage with way too much talking. I felt I had to try way too hard to relax. I let my feelings be known to the new owner, who said, "there's no way my stylists or massage therapist would ever rush me". She did offer me 25% off my next haircut, but I told her no thank you. I feel it's odd that all the reviews on here are all perfect, because that's not even close to what I experienced while I was serviced in there. I miss the old owner and staff from before when I used to go there for my haircuts. First bad review I ever wrote for anything.

Great place for Men's haircut. My first time at the Reagle beagle was about 8 months ago. I was very loyal to my other stylist till I found the Reagle beagle. My barber was Josie. She did a fantastic style with my hair and shave. Im glad to see that a salon has a barber that can do Hot shaves on the face. It was more relaxing than the ones i used to get from the barbers. She recommended me to try one of there famous packages. Next time I will try the Executive cut. The atmosphere was great. Very up beat and the girls of the Reagle beagle had the BEST customer service. I already recommended this place to all the guys in my firm to try it out. I will see you all in 3 weeks for my next cut!! Thank you again Josie

BEST HAIRCUT IN CLEVELAND. The reagle beagle is a great place for the guys. I like that they have free wi-fi if i need to take care of business too. Jordan has been cutting my hair and does a great job...Everyone has to try the Boss Cut!! It is so relaxing and amazing. Its great that they have groomsman parties too. I am getting married in august and will definately take advantage of the groomsman parties. Every man must start going to the reagle beagle. It is worth the drive no matter where you are coming from!! Thank you girls for they great service!

Best Haircut and customer service. I recently moved to Westlake from N.Y. City and heard many people talking about the Reagle Beagle. I went there for the first time and was shocked of how the salon reminded me of N.Y. salon where I used to go. The Haircuts were awesome, The girls are Beyond Beautiful and the customer service was unbelievable. I highly recommend this salon to every man in town. The atmosphere is great. They make you feel right at home. I love the fact that they got a license to serve beer and that they have free wi-fi so I can kick back drink a beer, and do my work online. Im truly impressed with this place and will always be back and will Highly recommend it!

Best Salon and Spa For Men. Rachel has been my stylist for 4 years now and I will never go anywhere else. I absolutely love the Reagle beagle and so do all the guys from my office. We are all so excited that the beer license is coming in a matter of weeks and that it has new owners. They did an amazing job and lifted it up before it went under. I love the atmosphere now. Great service, and the girls are very welcoming and Rachel you do an awesome job

The Greatest Salon for Men in Northeast Ohio. I have been going to The Reagle Beagle for 6 years now. I never make an appointment with a certain stylist because all of them are so talented and do a great job cutting hair. This salon has the best customer service in town. Everyone is so personal and makes you feel like you are at home. They recently, in spring had new owners take over and completely remodeled the whole salon. It looks unbelievable. I recommend this salon to all the guys in town Don't believe the negative reviews. They are just jealous and lonely. Good luck girls and I'm sending everyone i know to The Reagle Beagle!!

way to brag about horrible services. My name is John. I went to Amanda at This salon for five years. Hey member me? Prob not. I called for 6 straight days cuz I had an interview. I got no call back from the front desk or amanda. I have no idea who Josie is. Heather the old owner actually apologized for them and now I go to The Man Cave in Westlake. These chicks sucked at how they treated me. They should not be braggin in the slightest. Really dissapointing after 5 years of business every two weeks. Keep talking yourself up chicks. You are gonna need it. Wow.
