Great Staff and Great Location. We went to Cleveland for a quick getaway and to see the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. The welcome at check in was very warm and professional. The driver of the shuttle that took us to dinner continued the friendly service...

Cleanest hotel we've been at!. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room and bathroom were the cleanest hotel rooms we have ever been in. The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to help, and they made us feel very comfortable. This is also the first hotel I have been in where the bed and pillows were actually comfortable. If we go to Cleveland again, we will be staying in this hotel.

Very clean. Lobby very clean and being well kept. Great drinks at the bar. Front desk staff had great recommendations for breakfast and dinner. Workout room was very hot but with one request, it was quickly corrected.

Overall a good place to stay. We went to the Browns football game and we could see the stadium from the room. The room was nice ,the only complaint I have is the TV was the old picture tube type. We easily walked to the stadium and to dinner later on in the evening. The only issue I have is the price but it was convenient so you must pay it . Overall it was a good place to stay.

Had a great stay. we had a great stay at this hotel. Could not beat the Priceline deal and yes our room was a little dated, but clean and quiet. Check in was quick and easy and we had no issues at all. Would highly recommend to my friends and family. Saturday morning buffett was very good also.
