Better somewhere else...(unhappy bride). The people they had to bring the aisle runner to the church and bring flowers to the church for our wedding were not very friendly. Didn't advise us when to walk down aisle (they were suppose to) and did not tape down aisle runner.

They forgot the stephanotis in my husbands boutanier.

I specified I wanted roses, peonies, sweet peas and hydrangeas in my centerpieces. The vased were more than half full of tulips.

I specified only roses to be on my cake and there was roses and tons of tulips.

My centerpieces were to be illuminated (have lights in the bottom) and they had none as promised.

I asked for little to know greenery on cake and my boquet. I had a huge ring of greenery on my boquet and the cake had a bunch too.

Overall, unfortunately, I was not pleased with the service and the outcome. The flowers were all alive and did not look dead or anything, so thats a plus. I felt Lynn was very nice, but very rushed in all of our meetings. She obviously didnt right down what I wanted, even after multiple conversations. The paperwork I got from her stated everything I wanted but the outcome didnt match up. I would go elsewhere.…

The REAL customer's mom. We have nothing but accolades to report after having met with Lynn. As a matter of fact when we first approached her at a bridal show a few weeks ago, I was instantly impressed by her wonderful ideas and suggestions, not to mention her easy-going personality. I knew at once she was the one!

She is a dream to work with and a soft place to fall in the midst of the multitude of decisions we have to make. We trust her explicitly and can't wait to see what she comes up with. Her prices are very reasonable and is willing to tweak here and there to fit our budget, without compromising the elegance and sophistication we are looking for.

We did witness the interaction between Lynn and the disgruntled employee who wrote that review. She was a young lady who obviously had not participated in the working world for any length of time. In this day and age when jobs are so hard to find (and KEEP) it would have behooved her not to burn her bridges and leave on a more positive note...not one with such venom and disrespect. I don't know the situation surrounding her dismissal, but after having heard that interaction in the shop that night, I would suggest she take a strong dose of "grow the hell up already, young lady"!…

The REAL Customer. This posting is in response to the previous posting dated 11/4/11. This is the real customer who was in for a consult with Lynn on 11/3/11. At the beginning of our appointment, an ex employee did come in disgruntled about something, however, it did not interrupt our meeting and Lynn handled everything in a very professional manner. For all intents and purposes, we paid no attention to the ex-employee.

Our experience with Lynn was fantastic! She offers superior quality and professionalism and we look forward to working with her on our wedding on November 3rd of next year. She is the best in town and we wouldn't consider anyone else!

unprofessional. Omg! Do not go here! had a consultion and an employee came in wanting to pick up a paycheck and she told the employee well I don't have the money to pay you. The employee said but I have a family I owe bills, Lynn said f u and I will call the police if you don't leave now. The employee Had said something along the lines of well you owe everyone that works here. Personally I didn't see any reason for Lynn to blow up at this employee! The employee turns to us and says just so you know she doesn't pay her employees. I know I will not be going there! I am not going to support someone that treats people like that and for no reason. Unprofessional!!!…
