Got a Groupon for spa day for two for me and my best friend for her 30th b-day and to celebrate her being a new mother. They were closed on the day they made the appointment, refused to see the proof that I made an appointment with them (phone records, notes), refused to admit that they may have made an error with my appointment, refused to offer anything to make up for my time and to top it off AJ called me a liar and hung up on me when I refused to budge. Glad I got a refund from Groupon because my coworker got the same Groupon for her and her mother and she said it was aweful service! Stay away!

I must say that I was very disappointed in AJ's. The first impression is bad. The owner sits outside in front of the salon and smokes and talks on his cellphone. I am used to going to top notch spas and they promote health and wellness. They would never allow employees to stand in the front and some. It's ridiculous having your patrons walk through clouds of smoke and cigarette butts on the ground before walking in to your establishment. There is no professionalism present. The place is not pristine and some areas are a bit dirty. I thought it was going to be a high end spa. It's a beauty shop. Don't waste your money. There are other top notch salons in Beachwood and the Cleveland area.

I only have one complaint when speaking about AJs... I wish I would have found them sooner than I did! Other than that, they are unbelievable helpful and professional!

Good job. I recently took my mother-in-law here for a facial and pedicure. It was my first time here, and I was looking forward to a relaxing afternoon. The highlight was the two lovely girls who did our pedicures. They were cheerful and did an excellent job.
