HORRIBLE! Don't waste your time or money here

I truly don't know how this spa stays in business. I tried it multiple times over the course of a year and was disappointed every time. For example, I had to listen to the owner chat on the phone with her boyfriend the entire time she gave me a pedicure and manicure! It was not the least bit relaxing and was downright annoying. I felt like I was just a bother in Carla's day. When one of my painted toenails got smudged, Carla's fix was to simply paint a stripe where the polish was smudged. UNBELIEVABLE! This was a Primo Pedicure?! Another time Carla was yelling at her staff the whole time I was there. Again, I want to relax, not listen to yelling. The yelling was about how the staff was using too many towels when they do the facials. I don't want to hear the spa business discussed. Do that out of ear shot of the customers. And don't tell me that the staff will be reusing towels during my facial! Of course I'd never go back!

Most shocking to me is to not see an improvement in service by Carla. Instead of accepting these reviews as constructive feedback from people who spend money in Brecksville, Carla turns it around and says that the customers don't want a "drool-enhancing" relaxing experience; they want to hear the lively owner babble.

I spend my spa money at Solaire in Hudson. It's a tranquil environment there. You won't hear any yelling!

Found: The Best Spa in NE OHIO

As a prominent businessman in Ohio, I have finally found the best place for complete spa services. It's the Carla Bella Day Spa in Brecksville. I have very precious little free time so when I do take the time to schedule a massage or pedicure and manicure, I don't want my time or money wasted. That's why I am compelled to write this review---I have wasted time and money at other spas and will no longer need to because I have found the perfect spa for me. The Carla Bella Day Spa in Brecksville always provides exactly the services I need---from waxing to facials to pedicures and manicures and even real professional reflexology. It even has a beautiful little hostess named Francesca Fantozzi (the owner's daughter) who always greets me with a smile and a big hug (she's two, I believe). I like the ambience here, from the decorating, to the music, to the art that adorns the walls to the beautiful Carla herself! What a gem for the NE Ohio area! Anyone who is looking for a wonderful spa for their precious free time---look no further. Carla Bell Day Spa in Brecksville is it! And I hear, she has another spa in Parma called Francesca's Hair Salon and Massage---specializing in large parties such as bridal parties--I will be taking my staff and clients there for our thrice yearly soirees, just as a thank you to those who help my businesses thrive. Carla Bella Day Spa is a five star getaway for me, and I don't even have to leave Ohio to get there.
