Nice Stay on the Hospital Campus

Very nice stay on the Cleveland Clinic campus with shuttle bus service every 15 minutes. The rooms are nice and clean and service is very good, the great staff here are wonderful and do their best to help make you feel comfortable. If you find the restaurant or room service too expensive other options are within 3 to 5 minutes walking distance. Just ask Khalid at the front door and he will direct you where to go! You also can order out for delivery...

We flew in without a car so it was essential to stay close to the Hospital. We stayed for 3 weeks and overall enjoyed our stay at "the suites".

My friend and I went to Cleveland for one night for a concert. We were really tired when we got back, due to traffic and hours standing up and dancing, so we tried to order room service when we got back to our room. We had looked at the desserts beforehand and were craving one by the time we returned. Luckily, the hotel said room service was offered 24/7 'at your convenience'. When I called for it, they seemed really confused I was asking for some food and put me on hold to go see if the dessert we wanted was available (even though it was on the roomservice menu). Then the front desk called back and said they were COMPLETELY OUT OF ALL THE FOOD. It was ALL GONE. I asked where the vending machines were and they said they had none. We were left with only an ice machine. It was really depressing, luckily I had a granola bar in my suitcase but I was really confused by the whole situation. The next morning when we were leaving our room, we saw room service trays outside in the hall. Let's just say they didn't brighten our spirits very much. I would not recommend this place. I was very disappointed.

God Send

We recently found ourselves having to drive to Cleveland, arriving in the middle of the night from New York, while my husband was being flown in to the Clinic's Heart Center ICU.

Having never been to Cleveland, and in a less than functional state of mind, we found the Inter-continental Suite Hotel to be a God Send. They catered to our every need, and were available to drive us any where we wished. When my husband was discharged, they sent a car within 5 minutes, and escorted us back to our suite, leaving us nothing to worry. They even provided a Healthy Heart menu.. We will plan all of our future stays at the inter-continental.
