I have gone to many of the so called top spas in Cleveland but The Oaks Botanical Spa gets my vote every time. I believe the reason is the training that the staff has. I heard the owner is a massotherapist and it makes sense why everyone there is excellent.

We were staying at a hotel but they did not have anything available at their spa for facials or massages so they recommended The Oaks Botanical Spa. At first, we weren't happy with having to drive elsewhere with a spa right there at the hotel. However, after we had the services at The Oaks, it totally made up for that little inconvenience of driving elsewhere.

I have been going to The Oaks Botanical Spa for several years. The customer service is excellent; they are dedicated and detail oriented! It's easy to understand why the business has such a GREAT reputation in the Cleveland area! I highly recommend Oaks Botanical Spa to anyone who seeks a comfortable, relaxing, confidential and a pleasant atmosphere!!!!

I totally LOVED The Oaks Botanical Spa! Finally used my gift certificate that I received from my husband and daughter this year. I went on my birthday and received great treatments. I got a fantastic massage and probably the best facial ever with Jennett. They put warm towels on your hands and feet while giving massage. They also don't force youto buy their products afterwards like some unnamed spas. But their products are also fantastic and I highly recommend just about anything there.
