In one word amazing!!!!! The staff was so nice and helpful. They really know how to make you feel important when you call. Nothing is better then great customer service. Joyce is great at what she does. I have had both facials and massages. Vanessa gives a great Manicure. If you do not go you are really missing out on a true gem in Cleveland.

Best Day Spa

It was wonderful all around. I got a facial,massage ,and manicure for my Birthday. It was the most realaxing day of my life. The staff is so nice and helpful. The services were to die for. Would send anyone and everyone there. I have been to spas all over the world, and lived in New York city for years this is number one in my book.
