Excellent Service!

My carpet is an older, light colored carpet, so I wasn't sure what to expect as a result. I was extremely pleased to see how well it turned out, I think my carpet looked almost new again. They did not leave the carpet sopping wet, and it dried quickly. They also used a deodorizer/sanitizer, but asked first since I have a puppy, and wanted to make sure I would know to keep him off the carpet until it was drier. I will use them again, and refer them to my friends

• Pros: On time, did not leave carpet soaking wet
• Cons: Can't think of any. They were wonderful!
