Looking for an RV - look elsewhere!. We attempted to purchase a used RV from Ruffs - would not recommend using this business for any reason - first hand experience of extremely poor customer service (innappropriate language / unwillingness to even dialogue about price offer) - as well as reliability and dependeability of what they say (discovered that some info regarding the RV was not disclosed, but known). Could give more details but due to restrictions on content cannot go into more....my advice....Ruff's should be the VERY LAST place to go for any RV service or purchase. There are lots of other dealers out there....go where they want your business. Sirpilla near Akron was the extreme opposite....check them out!
