DO NOT USE!. This company is terrible. I placed and paid for an order at 7:00 p.m. The website said it would take 70 minutes to arrive. The confirmation phone call advised that it would be a two hour wait instead. It took over three hours for our food to arrive. When my husband called to politely inquire about the additional time an individual who identified himself as "John McGowan" stated he was the owner of the company answering phones via VOIP in Des Moines, Iowa and hung up on him. When we called back he was extremely hostile and kept remarking that we had only used the service five times. As if to indicate that you have to order a certain number of times to expect decent customer service. Mr. McGowan also stated that the times on the website

Worst delivery service around. I used foodfetchers2u a few weeks ago and was very disappointed. I received my food 2 hours later from ordering it and that was done on purpose because the customer service person at foodfetchers told me that they had the restaurant prepare my food one hour and 20 minutes after I ordered it because it was more convenient for foodfetchers. The double authorized my card. They forgot a dinner that I ordered and the food was cold. When I called Foodfetchers to tell them my problem I was yelled at by George. I emailed foodfetchers 4 times to try and clear up my problem I had with them and received an email from George the owner and also a phone call from George. All he did was yell at me telling me that it wasnt their fault that the bank has the policy of keeping authorizations on their customers card for more that 24 hours. No apology from him concerning the lateness of the food. No apology from him for causing an overdraft on my account. No apology from him about the missing food or the coldness of the food. George, who is the owner of foodfetchers told me he would call me back and never did. I will never order from this company again. I will only order from delivermefood. So much better service!

Great delivery service!. FoodFetchers is the most diverse and expedient delivery service in town! It's open 7 days a week, which makes it very convenient. They will also pick up beverages, if you need them to.
