Avoid doing walk ins on the weekends and don't expect to get what is advertised. The ladies doing the hair cuts tend to be short tempered. They don't seem to provide what they advertise everytime. I went in the first time, my experience was GREAT! When I returned a few months later for a trim of my daughter's hair, I tried to make an appointment and they didn't answer the phone. So, I desided to do a walk-in. The lady doing my daughter's hair was rude, didn't actually do a full trim on my daughter. She actually just trimmed her bangs, and I was still charged the full price (they have a separate price for bangs only). I could have done that at home for free. I booked manacures for both my daughter's thinking that this was not really something you could mess up. Well, all the girls got was a rushed painting of their nails. We were asked to wait well after our appointment time while she took walk-in clients that came in after us, before us. Then she was rushing so much to get to the next hair cut, she spent like 5 minutes on each girl. All she did was paint their nails, again something I could have done for free at home. I expected a manacure. I will not be ever returning to this location. I really regret this, because I like to let my girls have beauty days. We all love a day at the salon, and thinking that this place speciallizes in children, it would be exciting for them to have a place that was special to them. I am unfortunately completely discouraged with this location and I can't in good faith allow other families to not know. So, Buyer Beware!
