"White Only Service". I made a same day appt with Heather for a brow waxing on 5/4/2012 for 2pm. I arrived at 2pm and the front clerk told me i could be seated and if i would like something to drink. i told her water would be fine. She bought me back tap water with two ice cubes. She walked over to Heather tell her that i was there, she moved her over to a space where i couldn't see them talk. She walked back over to me and told me Heather is running behind, you could be seated in the waiting area where's there a tv or you can come back. I chose to leave and grab something to eat and come back. I arrived back around 2:30p.m. and I notice Heather was still with the same client but this time the lady had a whole had foiled. The front clerk said Heather is still be hind and she will not be able, i stopped her right there and told her Heather had two appts when i schedule which was a 2pm and 4pm and now it looks like she can meet either of them. I told the lady that i was disappointed and what a waste of time. I walked out but as i walked out I knew that they really wasn't trying to service me, Heather client hair was foiled and maybe need to sit 15 or 20 mins. How long does it really take to arch eyebrows? So running behind wasn't really the issue the color of my skin was. It's sad and I have stayed East, West, Downtown, and even Lakewood. I never been denied service like I was TODAY!!! I must admit that ii toke me by surpise, these are the stories i hear about but haven't experienced. I just want to say "Thank you" Eclipse Hair Staff for opening up my eyes to how low and racist people can be!!
